Iris D2 Slab Scanning & Digital Layout


Every project begins with our Iris D2 slab scanner. The system captures a high-resolution digital image of each stone slab, allowing our team to view every natural vein, color variation, and unique detail before fabrication begins.


Using this digital image, we carefully position each countertop piece to optimize vein direction, pattern flow, seam placement, and material usage. This planning stage ensures your finished countertops showcase the natural beauty of the stone while maximizing every slab.


 

BACA Robo SawJet 2.0 Robotic Cutting


Once the digital layout is finalized, the slab moves to our BACA Robo SawJet robotic cutting system. Combining diamond saw and waterjet technology, this advanced machine cuts the primary countertop shapes with exceptional accuracy.


From straight cuts and curves to sink openings, cooktop cutouts, and intricate angles, the Robo SawJet produces highly precise pieces while reducing material waste and maintaining consistent quality throughout the fabrication process.

 

Breton Genya Advanced Fabrication

Coming Next Year!

As part of our ongoing commitment to investing in the newest fabrication technology, we'll be adding the Breton Genya to our production facility next year.


The Genya represents the latest generation of CNC stone fabrication technology. After the primary pieces are cut, it will perform advanced machining operations, including precision detailing, complex shaping, and highly accurate fabrication work. Its automation and precision will further enhance consistency, efficiency, and the overall quality of every countertop we produce.

Breton Forte Flash Edge Finishing


The final fabrication stage takes place on our Breton Forte Flash edge polishing system. This advanced equipment precisely shapes, refines, and polishes the exposed countertop edges, creating smooth, consistent edge profiles and a flawless finish that complements the beauty of the stone.


After a thorough quality inspection, each countertop is prepared for professional delivery and installation.
